Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
PVC - 11# - 16# - 21#

Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
45# - 65# - 75# - 85# - 95# - 100#

Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
33# - 100# - 110# - 115# - 120#

Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets and don't remove weight between lifts.

After finishing each squat variation, complete one max set of chest to bar pull-ups (subbed ring rows)
